Located at the entrance of South Pointe, an 870-acre master-planned community of roughly 2,000 homes, the site offers excellent US-287 visibility and completed infrastructure including roads, utilities, and landscaping. It sits directly across from the recently completed Texas Health Hospital Mansfield and a Costco under construction, with traffic counts reaching 44,351 vehicles per day.
